Time without Shadows by Mackenzie Thorpe

Mackenzie Thorpe has shown his support for the Citizens Advice Bureau by allowing them to use one of his images for the front cover of their annual report. "Time without Shadows" was chosen because, whilst the children are shown as apparently happy and shadow-free, the adults depicted are shown as being shadowed by the problems of everyday life. The orange colour of the background symbolises the fact that, despite the shadows, there is still space for bright optimism. The Citizens Advice Bureau services are one group that tries to help reduce everyone's shadows!
