Arthaus is Mackenzie Thorpe’s own gallery and has been in existence since 1989 and is still going strong. It is the only gallery in the world that houses only Mackenzie Thorpe artwork. It is an oasis in a desert, where you can buy a Mackenzie Original alongside a Bob and Blossom T-shirt, with a cafe latte thrown in - how easy is that? We have mixed limited editions with an eclectic range of cards together with hip 'Arthaus' living' products which cater for everyone.

We are not just a gallery we are a font of knowledge- the Thorpe HQ the place with a direct line to Mackenzie himself. We can take the time to tell you how it all began ... we listen to your Mackenzie story. We pass your stories on to him and tell you his latest news.

We have access to the whole Thorpe archive. We know where, when and why he painted a picture, if it was released, in what medium, edition size and more. Not only do we continually grow with him we look to you our clients to have input, you know what you like and we want you to tell us. When Mackenzie and Susan set up Arthaus it was a massive struggle, then as it took shape, people came on board the local ground swell of support was fantastic and Arthaus was able to grow and prosper and develop into the Arthaus you see today.
